Take Off Pounds Sensibly, the nonprofit weight-loss support organization, meets weekly on Mondays at 9:30am in Providence Hall and is open to the public ages 7 and up. TOPS offers an individual approach to weight loss and overall wellness. Members learn about nutrition, portion control, meal planning, exercise and more.
