Presbury Church is serving at the Sharing Table on December 3 and need assistance with the number of casseroles needed. If you can make one, below is the recipe for their Cheddar Spuds and Ham Casserole.
- 4 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 c. milk
- 2 ½ lb. ham, cubed
- ¼ c. shredded cheddar cheese
Grease large foil pan ( 2 small pans cook faster). Mix ham cubes and potatoes. Spread ½ mixture in bottom of pan. Combine onion, soup and milk. Pour ½ mixture over potatoes and ham. Repeat layer. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese over top. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 45 mins. Uncover and bake until golden brown.
